Good to know

The order matters: subtract 32 before multiplying. Oven settings in US recipes: 325 °F ≈ 163 °C, 350 °F ≈ 177 °C (often rounded to 180 °C), 400 °F ≈ 204 °C, 450 °F ≈ 232 °C. For fan ovens, recipes commonly reduce the temperature by about 20 °C.
