Good to know
Kelvin and Celsius degrees are the same size; only the starting point differs. 0 K is absolute zero (−273.15 °C), the lowest possible temperature, so kelvin values are never negative. Scientists use kelvin in gas laws and thermodynamics, where temperatures must be measured from absolute zero. A temperature difference of 10 °C equals 10 K.
